The company HARMONY HOTEL ŠPINDLERŮV MLÝN OPERATIONS s.r.o. with its registered office at Bohdalecká 1490/25, Michle, 101 00 Prague 10, Company ID: 22175806, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 412111 (hereinafter referred to as the “hotel”).

These terms and conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with a contract between the hotel and another person. These conditions therefore generally apply to all hotel guests and agencies with whom there is no written contract for the provision of services.

RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATIONS AND SERVICES

  • the reservation of accommodation and other services in the hotel and the confirmation of this reservation by the hotel is only possible in writing, i.e. by e-mail
  • a reservation is considered valid and binding when the hotel confirms the reservation in writing (by email) or the guest receives an automatic email confirmation generated by the respective online booking system
  • the reservation is made by credit card or by paying a deposit equal to the amount of the accommodation and services specified; individual conditions can also be specified
  • if the hotel or the guest does not comply with the conditions set out in point 3 of this article, the hotel may not provide the accommodation and services
  • The information provided in the booking confirmation is binding for both parties

PRICES, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  • the price is per room and night, including breakfast, unless the guest chooses otherwise
  • The accommodation price includes 12% VAT; the city tax of 40 CZK (or 1.6 EUR) / person per night is not included in the accommodation price, this fee is paid by the guest at the hotel reception
  • cancellation of a confirmed reservation can also only be made in writing, i.e. by email; the exact type of cancellation is determined by the booking system used for the reservation
  • when cancelling a booking made through an external provider (e.g. booking.com), the booking must also be cancelled through that provider in the manner prescribed by that provider and in accordance with the booking conditions
  • a rebooking, i.e. the transfer of the booked services to another date, is considered a cancellation of the original booking and is subject to the same conditions as a cancellation
  • accommodation can be paid in cash, the hotel accepts CZK and EUR; when paying by credit/debit card, the amount will be charged in CZK or in the currency of the customer's credit card
  • according to the law on registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer; at the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administration online, in the event of a technical failure at the latest within 48 hours
  • the hotel reserves the right to pre-charge the guest's card up to the total amount of the accommodation
  • the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the accommodation in advance from the guest's credit/debit card if this is provided for in the reservation conditions.
  • in case of no-show on the day of the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled and the hotel is entitled to charge the costs according to the cancellation conditions of the reservation

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST

  • the guest has the right to use the reserved areas and their facilities as well as the facilities of the common areas
  • the guest is liable for any damage caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay for repairs, replacements or special cleaning; the amount of payment is determined by the hotel
  • the guest is obliged to provide a payment card upon arrival (beginning of accommodation) to guarantee any damages or provision of other services.
  • the guest is obliged to complain about any deficiencies and shortcomings during his stay at the hotel so that they can be remedied
  • the guest is obliged to pay the costs associated with the use of hotel services, including additional services, no later than the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed; in case of non-payment, the hotel is entitled to charge (debit) the guest's credit card with the corresponding amount after departure
  • the guest can withdraw from the contract due to the cancellation conditions or if the hotel has not provided the agreed services that correspond to the hotel's standard
  • check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; earlier check-in is only possible after consultation with the hotel and for a fee
  • check-out until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure; a late check-out is possible after consultation with the hotel and for a fee
  • the entire hotel is non-smoking; violation of this regulation and smoking in the room or hotel premises entitles the hotel to charge the guest a penalty of 5,000 CZK or 200 EUR for cleaning the room or hotel premises, the smoking ban and the associated penalties also apply to smoking electronic cigarettes, smoking is only possible in front of the hotel in the designated area(s)
  • between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM is the quiet time, behavior that disturbs other guests during quiet time is strictly prohibited (including loud music, television, shouting in rooms, hallways and other disruptive behavior), in case of serious violation of this rule, the hotel may penalize guests with a financial fine of up to CZK 10,000 or EUR 400 or, if necessary, call the police
  • dogs can be accommodated upon confirmation from the hotel for a fee of 650 CZK or 26 EUR/day
  • hostovi se, bez předchozího výslovného souhlasu třetí osoby, zakazuje v prostorách hotelu pořizovat fotografie, videozáznamy, zvukové záznamy apod., na kterých jsou (by mohli být) zachyceny třetí osoby (ostatní hosté hotelu) a zaměstnanci hotelu. Porušením tohoto zákazu může dojít k uplatňování práv spočívajících v neoprávněném zásahu do osobnostních práv třetích osob vyplývajících ze zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník (dále jen „OZ“) a dále pak ve smyslu Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 ze dne 27. dubna 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů a o zrušení směrnice 95/46/ES (Obecné nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů) a dalších právních předpisů.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL

  • the hotel is obliged to provide the guest with accommodation based on previously agreed services that correspond to the hotel's standard
  • if the hotel is unable to accommodate the guest due to a reservation that has already been made and confirmed, it is obliged to provide the guest with suitable accommodation in another establishment

FINAL TERMS

  • these conditions are valid from 01.01.2025 and the hotel reserves the right to change them and the guest is obliged to comply with these current conditions.
  • the hotel only collects the guest’s personal data for the period until the agreed services have been provided and does not pass this data on to other persons
