{"id":1144,"date":"2024-06-27T23:04:06","date_gmt":"2024-06-27T21:04:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/harmonyhotel.cz\/?page_id=1144"},"modified":"2025-08-12T13:03:54","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T11:03:54","slug":"general-contractual-terms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/harmonyhotel.cz\/en\/vseobecne-smluvni-podminky\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Harmony Hotel 4**** Superior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The company HARMONY HOTEL \u0160PINDLER\u016eV ML\u00ddN OPERATIONS s.r.o. with its registered office at Bohdaleck\u00e1 1490\/25, Michle, 101 00 Prague 10, Company ID: 22175806, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 412111 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201c<strong>hotel<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms and conditions regulate the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with a contract between the hotel and another person. These conditions therefore generally apply to all hotel guests and agencies with whom there is no written contract for the provision of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATIONS AND SERVICES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the reservation of accommodation and other services in the hotel and the confirmation of this reservation by the hotel is only possible in writing, i.e. by e-mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">a reservation is considered valid and binding when the hotel confirms the reservation in writing (by email) or the guest receives an automatic email confirmation generated by the respective online booking system<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">the reservation is made by credit card or by paying a deposit equal to the amount of the accommodation and services specified; individual conditions can also be specified<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">if the hotel or the guest does not comply with the conditions set out in point 3 of this article, the hotel may not provide the accommodation and services<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The information provided in the booking confirmation is binding for both parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRICES, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the price is per room and night, including breakfast, unless the guest chooses otherwise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">The accommodation price includes 12% VAT; the city tax of 40 CZK (or 1.6 EUR) \/ person per night is not included in the accommodation price, this fee is paid by the guest at the hotel reception<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">cancellation of a confirmed reservation can also only be made in writing, i.e. by email; the exact type of cancellation is determined by the booking system used for the reservation<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">when cancelling a booking made through an external provider (e.g. booking.com), the booking must also be cancelled through that provider in the manner prescribed by that provider and in accordance with the booking conditions<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">a rebooking, i.e. the transfer of the booked services to another date, is considered a cancellation of the original booking and is subject to the same conditions as a cancellation<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">accommodation can be paid in cash, the hotel accepts CZK and EUR; when paying by credit\/debit card, the amount will be charged in CZK or in the currency of the customer's credit card<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">according to the law on registration of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer; at the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administration online, in the event of a technical failure at the latest within 48 hours<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">the hotel reserves the right to pre-charge the guest's card up to the total amount of the accommodation<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">the hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount of the accommodation in advance from the guest's credit\/debit card if this is provided for in the reservation conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in case of no-show on the day of the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled and the hotel is entitled to charge the costs according to the cancellation conditions of the reservation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the guest has the right to use the reserved areas and their facilities as well as the facilities of the common areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">the guest is liable for any damage caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay for repairs, replacements or special cleaning; the amount of payment is determined by the hotel<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the guest is obliged to provide a payment card upon arrival (beginning of accommodation) to guarantee any damages or provision of other services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">the guest is obliged to complain about any deficiencies and shortcomings during his stay at the hotel so that they can be remedied<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">the guest is obliged to pay the costs associated with the use of hotel services, including additional services, no later than the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed; in case of non-payment, the hotel is entitled to charge (debit) the guest's credit card with the corresponding amount after departure<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">host m\u016f\u017ee odstoupit od smlouvy na z\u00e1klad\u011b stornovac\u00edch podm\u00ednek<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; earlier check-in is only possible after consultation with the hotel and for a fee<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">check-out until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure; a late check-out is possible after consultation with the hotel and for a fee<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">the entire hotel is non-smoking; violation of this regulation and smoking in the room or hotel premises entitles the hotel to charge the guest a penalty of 5,000 CZK or 200 EUR for cleaning the room or hotel premises, the smoking ban and the associated penalties also apply to smoking electronic cigarettes, smoking is only possible in front of the hotel in the designated area(s)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM is the quiet time, behavior that disturbs other guests during quiet time is strictly prohibited (including loud music, television, shouting in rooms, hallways and other disruptive behavior), in case of serious violation of this rule, the hotel may penalize guests with a financial fine of up to CZK 10,000 or EUR 400 or, if necessary, call the police<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dogs can be accommodated upon confirmation from the hotel for a fee of 650 CZK or 26 EUR\/day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hostovi se, bez p\u0159edchoz\u00edho v\u00fdslovn\u00e9ho souhlasu t\u0159et\u00ed osoby, zakazuje v&nbsp;prostor\u00e1ch hotelu po\u0159izovat fotografie, videoz\u00e1znamy, zvukov\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy apod., na kter\u00fdch jsou (by mohli b\u00fdt) zachyceny t\u0159et\u00ed osoby (ostatn\u00ed host\u00e9 hotelu) a zam\u011bstnanci hotelu.
